Purchasing and ordering policy

In compliance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, of July 11, 2002, of Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, it is reported that this Web Site is owned by Versa Design S.L, with tax domicile in Valencia with CIF B-64995640. Purchasing on this website constitutes the user’s agreement to the following conditions governing the sale of products offered on www.woltio.com.

The formalization of an order implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions of purchase have been set out in advance, in accordance with the legislation in force.

These general conditions are governed by national law. If you have any questions about these conditions, please contact www.woltio.com through any of the Customer Service channels.

Order processing

Orders will be processed by Versa Design S.L. and will be processed through the technical means available on this website, once completed the forms where the customer data is requested, a confirmation of the sales contract will be sent to the email address indicated on the form. In the event that at the time of receipt of an order there is no stock available of any of the products ordered, the customer will be offered the possibility of acquiring a similar product paying the difference if so or request a refund of the amount paid.

Payment and shipping

Orders shall be paid exclusively, and at the customer’s choice, by any of the following means:

  1. a) Payment by credit card or TPV. Payment available for all orders.

The order will be processed once payment has been confirmed.

The shipment will be made in an ordinary way by an urgent transport agency, delivered to the customer’s address and has a cost of 0 euros from 80 euros of purchase per shipment. Delivery time is usually 4 to 5 working days to the peninsula for items in stock. A link will be provided to the customer where he will be able to view the delivery status of his order once it has been delivered to the courier.

For shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and abroad, shipments will be sent by regular mail. The delivery time will be approx. 7 working days.

  1. b) Through PAYPAL, with the secure payment gateway PAYPAL. The shipment will proceed in an ordinary way by urgent transport agency is delivered at the customer’s address and has a cost of 0 euros from 80 euros of purchase per shipment.

Prices include VAT.

For shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and abroad, shipments will be sent by regular mail. The delivery time will be approx. 7 working days.


Versa Design S.L. shall be released from its obligations of delivery and disclaims all liability in the following cases:

  1. a) Total or partial non-payment by the customer of the order, except in the Cash on Delivery mode of payment.
  2. b) Omission or inaccuracy of the information to be provided by the customer in the order. In the event that a shipment is returned for this reason, the customer, if still interested in the order, will have to pay the shipping costs again.

Claims and Returns

The customer may claim in case of a defective item, the manufacturer will be informed of its responsibility and after its assessment (in case there are doubts) Versa Design S.L. will replace it without any cost being limited, in any case, the responsibility of Versa Design S.L.; to such replacement.

The customer has 15 days to examine his purchase and if he does not want it, return it carriage paid and the amount will be refunded. If the order, being superior to a stipulated amount had been sent without shipping costs, these costs will be discounted from the return in the event that the total purchase, after subtracting the amount of the returned item, is less than the amount set as free shipping. (10 euros for all shipments)

The date of the order confirmation sent to the customer will be used to compute the 7-day period. To do so, the customer must contact Versa Design S.L. in any of the means of Customer Service. Returns will not be accepted carriage forward and that have not been notified to Versa Design S.L. at hello@woltio.com. Once the return has been communicated and accepted, the items must reach our warehouse within a period not exceeding 15 days.

Returned items must arrive in perfect condition (properly folded, in their original undamaged packaging, etc). The customer undertakes to do so by taking all necessary steps to ensure that the return reaches us in the same condition in which it was received.

To this end, when you inform us of your decision to return an item, we will inform you in particular how to proceed so that the item is returned to us in perfect condition for resale. In the event that these instructions are not followed and the item and/or its packaging arrives damaged, Versa Design S.L. will deduct from the amount to be deducted the costs caused by the damage of the item or the costs generated by the repackaging and management of this.

Warranty Conditions

In accordance with the provisions of articles 114 and following of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the devices and accessories marketed by the Woltio brand are guaranteed for a period of two 2 years (3 years on products purchased from 1 2022 for residents in Spain).

The warranty includes coverage of the devices and accessories and any of their elements and/or components, for reasons of manufacturing faults, assembly or malfunction of the same.

The charging hose in its different lengths as well as the vehicle connection (Connector Type 2) shall be considered as wearing parts and shall therefore not be covered by the warranty. Likewise, damage to the Devices or Accessories and/or their elements and/or components caused by knocks, scratches, abrasions as well as damage resulting from possible manipulations by unauthorised personnel are also excluded from the guarantee.

Any malfunctions and/or breakdowns that may occur as a result of faulty installation are not covered by the warranty. Also excluded from coverage are any malfunctions or breakdowns of the Devices or Accessories and/or their elements and/or components that may occur as a result of deficiencies in the electrical installation served by the Customer.

Any malfunctions and/or failures that may occur as a result of the use of Devices or Accessories and/or their elements and/or components installed in corrosive atmospheres where the equipment is exposed to environments that may cause some type of degradation in plastic and/or metal parts, shall not be covered by the warranty.

All these conditions shall also apply to any warranty extensions offered by the brand.
