These General Conditions of Contract – hereinafter CGC -, regulate the conditions of purchase of the different products offered on our website: www.woltio.com WOLTIO is a trademark owned by VERSA DESIGN SL, a Spanish company, with NIF B64995640, and located at Carrer Mitgera 19, 46560 Massalfassar, Valencia.
Users who make purchases at woltio.com fully accept these GTC and will be bound by them, as if they were written at the time of recruitment / purchase.
It will be an essential requirement to read and accept the GTC, prior to the purchase of any product through woltio.com WOLTIO reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time and without notice. The GTC will always be accessible from the website, so that the user can consult or print them at any time.
The prices and conditions of sale are for information purposes only and may be modified according to market fluctuations. However, the placement of the order by filling in the purchase form implies conformity with the price offered and with the general conditions of sale in force at that particular moment.
Once the order is formalized, the purchase will be understood to be perfected by right, with all the legal guarantees that protect the consumer purchaser and, from that moment, prices and conditions will be contractual and cannot be modified without the express agreement of both contracting parties.
WOLTIO reserves the right to deny and/or suspend access to the services provided in woltio.com for reasons of breach of contractual good faith, breach of applicable law, of these GTC and/or in cases of fraud detected by this company and/or any of its suppliers.
Order processing
Orders will be processed by WOLTIO and will be processed through the technical means provided on this website. Once the customer completes the forms with the necessary data, a confirmation of the sales contract will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the form.
In the event that at the time of receiving an order there is no stock available of any of the products ordered, the customer will be offered the option of purchasing a similar product, paying the corresponding difference, or requesting a refund of the amount paid.
Method of payment
Our main payment methods are as follows:

Shipping
The order will be processed once the payment is confirmed. The shipment will be made by an ordinary transport agency with delivery to the address indicated by the customer.
The shipment of the products will be totally free.
The delivery time is usually 2 to 3 working days for shipments within the Peninsula. For shipments within the European Union the delivery time can be extended to 6 or 7 working days. Once the purchase is completed, a link will be provided to the customer where you can view the progress of the shipment of their products.
In case of receiving a product damaged by the transport it is advisable to contact us within the first 24 hours to be able to claim the incidence to the transport company. In the same way it is convenient to leave a record to the transport company.
WOLTIO will be released from the fulfillment of its delivery obligations and declines all responsibility in the following cases:
- Total or partial non-payment by the customer of the order.
- Omission or inaccuracy of the information to be provided by the customer in the order. In the event that any shipment is returned for this reason, the customer, if still interested in the order, will have to pay again the shipping costs.
Cancellation Policy
At our online store, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. We recognize that sometimes the need to cancel a purchase may arise.
According to the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU) any customer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal.
In accordance with current legislation, you can proceed to cancel the contract without the need to justify such decision and without penalty of any kind, within 15 calendar days from receipt of the goods by the customer.
To do so, it will be necessary to contact our customer service and provide all the documentation requested.
All merchandise must be returned in its original condition. The product must not have been opened and must have the original seals intact.
The customer undertakes to ensure that the returned product reaches us in the same condition in which it was received, taking all necessary measures to ensure its care during the shipping process.
The return of the product will be made carriage paid. It is important to note that we do not assume the shipping costs in the case of a return for withdrawal of purchase when the customer requests a refund.
Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets the above conditions, we will proceed to refund the amount paid for the product using the same payment method used in the original purchase. The refund period may vary depending on the policies of your bank or payment method.
Warranty Conditions
In accordance with the provisions of articles 114 and following of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the devices and accessories marketed by the Woltio brand are guaranteed for a period of two 2 years (3 years on products purchased from the 1st of 2022 for residents in Spain).
The warranty includes coverage of the devices and accessories and any of its elements and/or components, for reasons of manufacturing, assembly or malfunction of the same.
Both the charging hose in its different lengths and the vehicle socket (Type 2 Connector) will be considered as wearing parts and therefore will not be covered by the warranty. Likewise, damage to the Devices or Accessories and/or their elements and/or components caused by knocks, scratches, scrapes, as well as damage resulting from possible manipulations by unauthorized personnel shall also be excluded from the warranty.
Any malfunctions and/or breakdowns that may occur as a result of a defective installation shall not be covered by the warranty. Likewise, any malfunctions or breakdowns of the Devices or Accessories and/or their elements and/or components that may occur as a consequence of deficiencies in the electrical installation served by the Customer are excluded from the coverage.
Any malfunctions and/or failures that may occur as a consequence of the use of Devices or Accessories and/or their elements and/or components installed in corrosive atmospheres where the equipment is exposed to environments that may cause some type of degradation in plastic and/or metallic parts, shall not be covered by the warranty.
All these conditions shall also apply to any possible warranty extensions offered by the brand.
Any exception to the warranty coverage must be notified and authorized by Woltio, by means of a notification addressed to our customer service department at https://help.woltio.com/hc/es.
